AbleCommerce Admin Whitelist
If you receive the error "this IP isn't in the whitelist" while trying to login to your AbleCommerce Admin, any other Admin can fix by following these steps:
1. In the AbleCommerce Admin, navigate to Configure > Security > W2M IP Whitelist
2. In the Text Box you should see a list of public IPv4s consisting of 4 numbers separated by periods (x.x.x.x)
3. Have the blocked user provide to you their public IPv4 address by going to
https://www.whatismyip.com/ and copying the IP address displayed.
4. Add that IP address to the list after a comma. (x.x.x.x, x.x.x.x, x.x.x.x)
5. Click "Save Settings" and have the user log in.
If no other Admin in your organization can log in, please open a ticket and provide the IP address in step 3. Web2Market can then add it to the whitelist for you.
