Magento 2 Zoho Books Integration User Guide
Configuration Guide
1) Login to the admin panel Go to the Store Section and click on Configuration in the sub-menu of the store section.
2) Open Zoho Integration. Open General Configuration
3) First Enable Zoho integration.
4) Zoho Domain:- Click the dropdown and choose the domain.
5) Zoho Book Organization ID: First click on the Zoho Book option.
6) After that, Zoho Sing in and Sing up page will open.
7) If you already have a Zoho account, click Sign in.
7.1) Email ID and mobile number:
7.2) If you choose the first option, enter your Email ID and click on Next.
7.3) Check OTP on your Email, Enter OTP then click on the verify button.
7.4)Now Zoho home page will open, Click on the Books option on the home page.
7.5) Your ZohoBooks home page is now open.
7.6) Open the Email option
7.7) Copy the Organization ID.
8) Enter the Organization ID in the Zoho Book Organization ID option.
9) Open the below URL to create a Zoho Client ID and Client secret key.

9.1) Click the Add Client option in the right top corner.
9.2) Click the Server-based application Create Now option:
9.3) Enter Name, Homepage URL, and Authorized Redirect URIs.
9.4) Copy Authorized Redirect URI in Admin.
9.5) Click on CREATE button.
9.6) Copy Client ID and Client Secret :
9.7) And paste in these options.
10) Click on the Save Config button in the right corner.
11) After saving click on Generate Code.
11.1) Click on the Accept button.
11.2) Copy Code.
11.3) Paste in Zoho Code option.
Note: The code expires after 1 min.
12) After pasting the code click the Save Config button.
13) After saving the above information, click to Generate Refresh Token.
14) Copy and paste Refresh Token, and click on the Save Config button.
15) After saving the above information, click on Generate Token.
16) Copy and Paste Zoho Token, and Save Config.
17) Enable All Sync option you want to sync with Zoho from your Magento Store.
18) After saving the configuration, please copy and open the redirect URL in your browser. This action will initiate the export of your product, customer, and order data from Magento 2 to Zoho Books.
