How to Integrate Shopify with Zoho Books: Step-by-Step Guide

Integrating Zoho Books with Your Shopify Store: A Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Get the App:

    1. Start by visiting the Shopify App Store and search for "Zoho Books." Click the "Install" button to add it to your Shopify store. https://apps.shopify.com/zohobooks

  2. Choose Your Plan:

    1. Select the Zoho Books plan that best suits your business needs.


  3. Connect Your Accounts:

    1. You'll be asked to enter your Zoho Books Client ID and Client Secret. If you don't see this prompt, go to the app's "Settings" section. 

  4. Obtain Your Credentials:

    1. If you don't have your Client ID and Client Secret yet, follow these steps:

      1. Go to the Zoho Developer Console: https://accounts.zoho.com/developerconsole
      2. Click on "ADD CLIENT."
      3. Select "Server-based Applications."
      4. Give your client a name (e.g., "My Shopify Store").
      5. Enter this Homepage URL: https://prod1.zohobooks.ahw2m.net
      6. Enter this Authorized Redirect URI: https://prod1.zohobooks.ahw2m.net/login/zohobooks
      7. Click "CREATE." h. Copy your "Client ID" and "Client Secret."




  5. Complete the Connection:

    1. Back in your Shopify app settings, paste your "Client ID" and "Client Secret."
    2. Select the correct "Data Center" (this should match the region you selected when setting up your Zoho Books account).

  6. Authorize Access:

    1. After saving your settings, you'll be taken to the Zoho Accounts page. Log into Zoho Books and grant the app permission to access your data.
  7. Choose Your Organization:

    1. Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to the app settings. Select the specific Zoho Books organization you want to connect.

  8. Customize Your Settings:

    1. You'll see export and import settings pages with several additional options. Carefully review these to ensure a smooth sync.


  9. Save and Start Syncing:

    1. Save your export and import settings. You're now ready to automatically sync your Shopify orders with Zoho Books!
